It's deja vu all over again for Christie Brinkley's philandering husband.

Amorous architect Peter Cook has a bad habit of bedding aspiring teenage singers from Southampton who work for him, sexy chanteuse Samantha Cole revealed to The Post yesterday, and she should know - she was one of them.

The stunned singer said the caddish Cook seduced her a decade ago and even proposed to her - just before he got engaged to blond supermodel Brinkley.

Cole revealed that, at one point, Cook proposed marriage to her in a last-ditch bid to win her back after she broke up with him in 1996. When she refused, Cook - who was by then dating Brinkley - got engaged to the "Uptown Girl" a month later. "I was pretty upset about it, pretty angry," Cole said. "I was the last person he was with before Christie."

"I was pretty shocked," Cole said about hearing Cook cheated on Brinkley. "I never thought he would do something like that, being married, with his family so important to him."

But she scoffed at the idea that Bianchi was too "naive" to know what she was doing when she got involved with Cook.
