KFed aka FedEx adds extortionist to his resume

Model citizen and father Kevin Federline is now blackmailing his estranged wife. According to News of the World, Kevin has a sex tape with Britney doing some very naughty things. My question: Can Britney sue him for extortion? I say that when someone who is worth as little as Kevin (he was worth $15,000 when they wed) should never screw with someone as rich and powerful as Britney, but then again, Mr. F isn't exactly known for his brains.
