It's one thing to want a breast enhancement, but it's another to look like you have - literally - two misshapen honeydew melons shoved underneath your shirt. I applaud Pammy for not botoxing herself to death, but the giant tits have GOT to go! These pics are of her at the Cannes Film Festival, where she was booed when she arrived late and only stayed a few minutes for pictures.
